Summit Christian Academy strives to employ the best faculty members in Oklahoma.  All staff members of Summit Christian Academy are required to be born-again Christians, living a life exemplary of Christian faith and practice. It is expected that all staff members be in agreement with the Statement of Fundamental Truths of the Assemblies of God. All personnel are carefully selected as SCA strives to employ teachers of excellence. A security check is completed for all volunteers and a more comprehensive screening is completed for all paid employees before being given access to students.  All instructional staff are required to hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related area and are qualified for their respective teaching assignments. They are certified and hold a valid license or certificate to teach the level to which they are assigned.  Teachers of specialty classes hold a bachelor’s degree or demonstrate proficiency and expertise in their field.

Open Teaching Positions

FOREIGN LANGUAGE-SPANISH- Please consider the following as minimum requirements for application.

• Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a valid teaching license or certificate with an endorsement in Spanish
• Able to teach Spanish I-III
• Be fluent in Spanish
• Possess strong classroom management skills
• Be able to work cooperatively with students, parents, and staff
• Have 3 years of experience, preferred

VOLLEYBALL COACH
The SCA athletic department is accepting resumes for Head Volleyball coach and Head Junior High Volleyball coach.  All teaching certifications will be considered and all lay coaches will also be considered.
