Entrance Testing for New Students
SCA reserves the right to test all new students as part of the enrollment process to determine the best way to meet their educational needs. If needed, the school office will contact you to schedule a mutually convenient time for this testing.

Acceptance
SCA accepts students based on the personal interview with parent(s) and student(s), standardized test results, entrance test results(if required), previous report card grades, and recommendations concerning character, attitude, and general promise. Our administration makes a decision after reviewing all of the necessary documentation. We will notify parents of that decision.

Admissions

Webster’s dictionary defines the “Summit” as the highest point; exactly where we want to be: at the top. Enrollment is well underway for the 2008-2009 school year. Contact the school office at (918) 251-1997 for enrollment information.

Choosing Christian Education:

1. Research your options. Read through the Summit web site and print materials. Call or email our staff to ask questions and schedule a tour of our facilities. Compare this to your child's current academic environment.

2. Prayerfully consider Summit Christian Academy. There are many great options for Christian education in the Tulsa-metro area. We believe that if you ask Him, God will help guide your family to the educational program that is best for your child and your family.

3. Begin the enrollment process ASAP. Space is always limited in private education. Elementary classes in particular begin to fill very early. Once you have selected Summit as your school choice, complete the enrollment forms and submit them to our offices. Our friendly support staff will assist you in finalizing the application process.

We offer a 20% multi-student discount for each additional sibling student. The discount applies to the younger student.

Enrollment Fee
A non-refundable enrollment fee must accompany each application.
The fee schedule is as follows:
February 14-March 14……… $100.00
March 24- April 25…………$125.00
After April 25………………$150.00

Book and Other Fees

For your convenience, tuition may be paid using any of the following four payment plans. Tuition is due on or before the first of each month and may be paid by cash, check, credit card, or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer).
